Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need of our pampering services. If you do not cancel within the 24-hour window, please note that a fee of 10% of your scheduled visit will be charged to the card on file.
