CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lotus Luxury, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. Our cancellation policy helps us respect the time of our clients and our service providers while keeping appointment availability fair for everyone. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable and non-transferable. If an appointment is canceled, the original deposit cannot be transferred or applied toward a future appointment. A new $25 deposit will be required when booking a new appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as appointments that result in a no-show, are subject to a 10% fee based on the scheduled service total. This fee may be charged to the card on file. For a no-show, the $25 deposit is forfeited and helps compensate the service provider who reserved that appointment time and was prepared to provide your service.
